Reason as to why Social Media are Addictive

Social media are tools and technologies that enable one to communicate with a very large number of audience commonly connected with the Internet all over the world .
Social Media commonly known as SM,are the most recent networking evolution in the present world.There are various types of Social Media sites for the example;Facebook,Twitter,Pheed,Instagram,Bebo,BlackPlanet,DeviantART,Flixster
and many Others.
The do have many Importance at Hand;
1.It create room to meet new People over diverse communities.
2.It enables instant update on current events, specials, and other essential information that the masses would like to share.
3.People from different ethnicity can express their Ideas about certain situation.
4.It provides a platform for Entertainment and socializing.
5.It enables real time communication like Online Chatting and Face-to-Face Communication Like in Skype.
6.They also provide an Arena for Self promotion and advertisement for your business.
7.It also revolutionize the Marketing Industry,since its composed of mass audience.
8.Platform for solutions is formed,People conversing about a certain problem will finally come up with a particular solution for It.
9.Exchange of culture is one of the main advantages,Time will come when all we do say and Think will be somehow related,Because people tend to copy and develop certain character over others.
10.It can be used for storage purposes.A good example is with Instagram where you photos can never get lost,Your notes in Facebook are always kept intact and your files in Dropbox are always safe.
Its vivid that most people like These named Social Media but we have to accept the fact that everything with an advantage has a disadvantage.Highlighting some of the disadvantages:
1.If used negatively its the main thief of time.
2.Erosion of good culture in sacrifices of the bad ones.
3.It can be used to advance terrorism.
4.limitS concept development and expression.
5.Exposed Pictures of unprofessionality are unethical.
The disadvantages are also limitless but the fact remain that most people of the present generation will always choose to use these Social Media.
Our parents or elders are not to much in them and always negative about them,but does that make them right.
I had sometime to think why social media are addictive all after this is called great rejection from the elderly.
I just found out that;
1.People are more confident in writing than in words.I really dont know the fact behind it but most people tend to be open in writing than in talking.This makes chatting in the Social Media Growing more prominent.
Let me give you something visible;I learn far away from my hometown,Whenever things turn unexpect  sometime do ask some Financial assistance from my Dad,but it easier for me to write him an Email than talking my Smartphone and calling him,That what am talking about.
2.Popularity context,This is vivid in Twitter and other SM,where the more Followers the popular you are,Whenever you formulate this habit of finding followers trust me you must be addicted to it.This is much more because every time you see someone having more followers than you,that person becomes your target and believe me these SM are massive its difficult to pass through and emerge the Top,Katy Perry On twitter Never got all those Followers in one day.
3.Everybody want to be the best in certain perspective.Lets look for example a status in Facebook with Thosands of likes and Uncountable comments,On your side you best status has got atmost 30 likes,Envy will make you form this tendancy to make people like your status and upgrade to that league,everytime you do so you become addicted to it.
4.We are not all leaders but always we dont want to be left behind,look at that WhatsApp group where just 5 minutes offline you get Thousand of messages you missed.People tend to always be updated and contribute to each and every conversion.
5.Last but not least,Everyone wanna leave a legacy,Its in these social media where these legacy are created.Let think of Kanye west who Follow Just 1 person and he is being Followed By 10.1M,Is that not a legacy,most of us will try to be like that and Invest much of their Time in making that reputation but I just wanna tell you It doesnt worth it,Am Frank Nnko you got your name this Kanye West and there Is Kety Perry,Look at Shakira in Facebook and so on,That show we are all different and we cant do thing the same way,Lets embrace doing thing differently.
