How The Projects works

1.Make an agreement between the Firm and the organization that they will advertise and refer  customers to their organization .

2.The team goes to the field to both advertise and make refers.

3.The organization make a fixed charge for the advertisement that will be conducted in the field.

4.The Project leader and the organization monitor the progress of the activity and the number of customer joining the Organisation.

5.Referral commissions will be paid in a stipulated period of time say Monthly or weekly based on the total number of customers who will have joined the organization.

-Each customers' referral charge is a half of the total registration fees.

I.e If the Registration fees is $50 then the charge will be $25 per person.

Advertisement charges

This is fixed because a group of several members will create awareness to a wide range of market that there exist a customer friendly organization that is aimed at helping its customers.

Referral Charges

This is fixed at Tsh 1/2x where the X=is the total registration fees.

Terms and policies.

1.It works on a contract of a given period of time I.e 1 month onwards.

2.Payments are paid as soon as the first refer is made on a weekly basis.

4.Commission paid on a refer is a separate case from that of advertising .

5.All the agreement are clearly made on written form endorsed with signature of the both participants.
